On February 18th, 2021 Nextfor held an online meeting to re-engage relevant stakeholders in collaborative and open conversation to address opportunities and challenges associated with the development of new, wood-based bio-products for the North Shore Lake Huron region; with an emphasis on exploring opportunities to develop low-carbon or carbon neutral energy opportunities to heavy industry in the region.
