On May 18th, 2021 Nextfor held an online meeting to give Ontario’s heavy industry players insight into the available, deployable technology that might address the heavy industry’s need to reduce carbon emissions. Participants heard from three companies who have technologies in commercial/pre-commercial demonstration phase that utilize forest biomass to produce solid and gaseous energy products.
